Registration - The cooling problem solved
The delegate package:
The package covers access to the event which includes; keynote speaking sessions, panel discussions, site visits and workshops. All transportation from and to the airport, dinner, buffet lunches and a full set of conference and speaker notes are also included in the fee paid. If information about accomendations is needed, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Fee:
A Fee to each delegate of €1000 is charged to cover all the services at the venue. The total fee as stated on this contract must be paid within 15 days from the date of the signed delegate confirmation form or before Februari 10th 2010, whichever comes first.
Unable to attend:
Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations must be received before Februari 19th 2010 and will be subject to an administration fee of €250. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations after this date are subject to the full fee.
