Leading Data Center Cooling Company Expands Worldwide
CLOUDSITE DEVELOPMENT ACQUIRES CONTROLLING INTEREST IN KYOTOCOOLING
AMERSFOORT, THE NETHERLANDS - August 29, 2013 - Cloudsite Development, LLC (www.cloudsite.com) has acquired a controlling interest in KyotoCooling B.V., the leading provider of high efficiency cooling solutions for data centers. Cloudsite has been a long-time partner of KyotoCooling® , and was the first data center customer to install KyotoCooling® technology in Asia. Cloudsite named Earl Hoover as the new President and Managing Director of KyotoCooling B.V. and its affiliated entities.

In connection with the Cloudsite investment, KyotoCooling B.V. entered into a North America licensing agreement with Air Enterprises, LLC (www.airenterprises.com), a best-in-class custom air handling manufacturer. The agreement grants Air Enterprises an exclusive license to market, sell, manufacture and commission KyotoCooling® technology throughout North America.
