KyotoCooling International BV is a closely held Netherlands Limited Liability Company. The company is a manufacturer supplier of industrial grade, high quality, high efficiency data center cooling solutions. Route to market is via certified intermediary suppliers who provide integration services. Professional services are provided where necessary to facilitate the core mandate of the company to grow international product sales. The product is the integration of industry standard subcomponents from major international partners with the added intellectual property, patents and controls design of KyotoCooling. The majority of share ownership is retained by four principals who share in patent rights related to the proprietary KyotoCooling technology. While specific sales and expense information is not currently being made public the company is cash flow positive and profitable with no debt and all activity has been financed internally to date. The current growth plans do not call for the need for outside investment through the end of the second year of operation FY2011. Any investment foreseen would be to accelerate growth into new markets, primarily in North America.
